2022’s absolute novelty is our chocolate covered Colomba with apricots. I twill win over everyone’s palates. The traditional soft dough is enriched by the cocoa that gives the light brown coloring and chunks of candied apricot. The entire colomba is then covered in an enveloping chocolate glaze.
