Every week in our laboratory we dedicate ourselves to the creation of the leavened cake dearest to the Milanese tradition. Since 1978 the artisanal Panettone would mark Christmas season. Since 2021 we decided that the Panettone would stay on the Milanese’s tables all year round.
Oranges and Chocolate Panettone
The ideal leavened cake to warm up cold winter mornings. The citrusy aroma of this panettone fuses with the intense taste of the dark chocolate to bring back to memory the ancient flavors of the tradition.
Type 0 wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, chocolate, milk, salt, flavorings, yeast, candied pear and chocolate chips.
Soft wheat, butter, egg, milk. The product may also contain traces of soy and other nuts.
