Every week in our laboratory we dedicate ourselves to the creation of the leavened cake dearest to the Milanese tradition. Since 1978 the artisanal Panettone would mark Christmas season. Since 2021 we decided that the Panettone would stay on the Milanese’s tables all year round.
Marron Glacè and Chocolate Panettone
Delicate traditional dough in which sultanas and candied fruits leave the scene to delicious chunks of marron glacé and precious gems of pure dark chocolate.
Type 0 wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, chocolate, milk, salt, flavorings, yeast, marron glacé, chocolate chips.
Soft wheat, butter, egg, milk. The product may also contain traces of soy and other nuts.
